With a diamond apple-core burr, it is used to finish off the leveling. Its thin head has been designed for better accessibility of the back of the mouth. It is also suitable for working on the bit seat.
  
Diastema burs are used to treat spaces between two molars.

The canine burr is used to round off canines.
